IHI call 3 is a single-stage call that was launched on 13 December 2022 with topics on a screening platform for diseases of unmet public health need; patient-generated evidence; hospital efficiencies; advanced therapies for rare diseases; and digital technologies for mental disorders.

IHI call 4 is a two-stage call that was launched on 27 July 2023 with topics on the 3Rs, patient-centric blood sample collection, clinical trials, and the environmental impacts of healthcare.

IHI call 5 is a single-stage call that was launched on 27 July 2023 with topics on the 3Rs, theranostics, stroke management and synthetic data.
Call status: The projects resulting from this call were launched in autumn 2024.
IHI call 6 is a two-stage call that was launched on 16 January 2024 with topics on treatment persistency and the use of real-world data and evidence.
Call status: The deadline for full proposals was10 October 2024. The full proposals have been evaluated by independent experts and grant agreement preparation is underway.
IHI call 7 is a single-stage call that was launched on 16 January 2024 with topics on heart disease, the healthcare workforce, and biomarker validation.
Call status: The projects resulting from this call were launched in late 2024 / early 2025.
IHI call 10 is a two-stage call with topics on digital labelling of medical technologies; the European Health Data Space; and PFAS in the healthcare sector.
Call status: The deadline for short proposals was 23 April 2025. Eligible proposals will be evaluated by independent experts and the top-ranked consortia will be invited to link up with the industry consortium described in the topic text and submit a full proposal by 14 October 2025.
